For meetings around the city, for company guests, and for days when you have three appointments in three parts of Belgrade. The driver waits, you work in the car.
How it usually goes
The company sends us the schedule: who is arriving, on which flight, where they are staying, when the meetings are. We meet the guest at the airport, take them to the hotel, drive them from meeting to meeting the next day and bring them back to their flight at the end. The guest has the same driver and one phone number the whole time.
We do the same for people from Belgrade. If you have a meeting in New Belgrade, then lunch in the centre, then another appointment in Vračar, take a driver for half a day. You don't look for parking and you don't worry about time, and in the car you can finish a call or go through a presentation.
For companies
Companies are invoiced and pay by bank transfer. For regular clients we keep a monthly statement of all rides, so accounting gets one document instead of twenty. Several companies have worked with us this way for years.
Drivers don't discuss who they drive or where. What is said in the car stays in the car.

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, Western Balkans has been booking us for its guests for years. We have also driven delegations and foreign officials, including during the visit of the Vice President of the United States to Belgrade.
