Patients from abroad
For clinics with patients from Europe and beyond: we meet them at the airport, drive them from the hotel to appointments and back, and take them to their flight home. You take care of the treatment, we make sure the patient gets where they need to be.
What the clinic gets
One person for all of the patient's rides. The clinic sends us the flight and the hotel, and from that moment we look after the movements: meeting with a name sign at the airport, hotel, first consultation, surgery, check-ups, back to the airport. If an appointment moves, the clinic sends a message and the driver adjusts.
After surgery a patient often can't carry anything and needs to take it slowly. Our drivers know that. They help with the luggage, park as close to the entrance as possible and don't rush. There is water in the car, the seats are leather and wide, the rear windows are tinted.
Discretion
Many people come to Belgrade for procedures they don't talk about even at home. Our drivers don't ask questions, don't take photos and don't talk about it. Who was in the car is known to the clinic, us and the patient.

How we work with a clinic
- One contact
- The clinic has our number, we have the coordinator's contact. The patient doesn't have to organise anything.
- Monthly invoice
- All rides for all patients on one invoice, with dates and routes. Payment by bank transfer.
- English in the car
- The driver understands what the patient needs and can pass it on to the clinic if something is wrong.
- Companion
- If the patient comes with a family member, we drive both at the same price. The car takes four people.
