Booking and confirmation

You can book by phone, WhatsApp, Viber, email or the form on this site. A ride is confirmed when we confirm it in writing (message or email). Until then it's not binding on either side. Drivers can't agree terms on behalf of the company.

Price and payment

The price is agreed before the ride and doesn't change on the way unless you change the route, add addresses or add passengers from different locations, in which case we agree the new price with you first. Pay by card in the car (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard), in cash in dinars or euros, or by bank transfer against an invoice for companies. The legal currency is the Serbian dinar; euro prices are converted at the National Bank of Serbia rate on the day.

Waiting time

At a city address the first 15 minutes are free; after that waiting is charged per hour started at the standard rate. At the airport the first 30 minutes after landing are free, flight delays are never charged, and if you're held up at passport control or baggage, let us know and that's free too.

Cancellation and refunds

If a paid booking is cancelled 24 hours before the agreed time, we refund 70 % of the amount paid. Later cancellations are not refunded. Changes to a paid booking that significantly change the trip (more than 7 km of route) may change the price.

Luggage

A reasonable amount of luggage is included; tell us in advance if you have a lot. We can refuse items that are dangerous, illegal, too heavy for the vehicle or can't be stowed safely. Firearms other than registered hunting and sports weapons are not carried. Check your luggage when you get out; we're not responsible for items left in the car. Lost property is kept for three weeks.

Children and conduct

Children under 6 travel only with an adult. Minors under 18 travelling alone need notarised consent from both parents or guardians. No smoking or alcohol in the vehicles. We can refuse or end a ride if a passenger's behaviour endangers safety or other passengers.

Documents

Passengers are responsible for their own travel documents and visas for every country on the route. We don't check them and aren't liable for the consequences of missing documents.

Confidentiality

Everything you tell us about your trip is treated as confidential, whether or not you book. Every driver signs a confidentiality agreement. Recording or surveillance equipment is not allowed in the vehicles without our prior knowledge. You can ask us to delete the correspondence about a completed ride, except the financial records we must keep.

Insurance and disputes

We carry the insurance required by law for passengers, staff and vehicles. Any additional insurance is the passenger's own. Disputes are settled amicably where possible; otherwise the Commercial Court in Belgrade has jurisdiction.
