Airport
Flight number, date and the address you're going to, or leaving from.
City
Where from, where to and at what time. If the driver should wait, roughly how long.
Longer trip
Where from, where to, the date, number of passengers, and whether you're coming back the same day.
Always
Name and phone number. If you need a child seat or a company invoice, say so.

What happens next

We reply with the price and a confirmation. The day before the ride the driver texts you to confirm the time. On the day he messages you when he sets off and when he's at your address. At the airport he waits with a name sign at the arrivals exit.

If you cancel 24 hours in advance, we refund 70 % of the payment. Details are in the terms of service.
