Airport
Price, meet and greet, late flights and night rides.
How much is the transfer from the airport to the city?
€35 per car, not per person, to any address in Belgrade. Same price to the airport, same at night, on weekends and holidays. Fuel, tolls and parking are included.
Where does the driver meet me?
At the arrivals exit, holding a sign with your name. He helps with the luggage and walks you to the car in front of the terminal.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight by number. The driver comes at the new landing time and it costs nothing extra. The first 30 minutes after landing are free.
How early should I leave for the airport?
From the centre to the airport is 25 to 40 minutes. For a European flight count on leaving two and a half hours before departure, for long-haul three hours.
Do you drive at night?
Yes, 24 hours. For a 5 a.m. flight or a midnight landing. Same price.
The car and the ride
What fits in the car, child seats, drivers and longer trips.
How many passengers and bags fit?
Four passengers and three large suitcases plus hand luggage. For more people or luggage we have a van for up to 8, a minibus for up to 20, or we come with two Audi A6s.
Do you have a child seat?
Yes. Tell us the child's age when booking and the seat will be in the car. No extra charge.
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes, all of them. They hold the state passenger-transport licence and a NAVAK certificate.
Can I smoke in the car?
No, and no alcohol either. On a longer trip the driver stops for a break whenever you say.
Are you a taxi?
No. We're a limo service: the price is known in advance and there's no meter, the car is always a black Audi A6, and the driver is one of the permanent team. That's why clinics, hotels and companies have used us for years.
Do you drive outside Serbia?
Yes, across the region and Europe. Outside Belgrade it's €1.20 per kilometre and the price for the whole trip is agreed before we leave. Destinations
Payment and booking
Cards, invoices, cancellation and waiting time.
Can I pay by card?
Yes: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, DinaCard. Cash in dinars or euros too. Companies get an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
How do I book and how far in advance?
Call or message WhatsApp or Viber on +381 64 192 70 88, email us, or use the form. For the airport the day before is enough; for longer trips and groups a few days ahead.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancel 24 hours before the ride and we refund 70 % of what you paid. Later cancellations are not refunded.
How long does the driver wait for free?
At a city address 15 minutes, at the airport 30 minutes after landing. After that it's billed per hour started, €30 in Belgrade and €20 outside.
Do I get a receipt?
Always. Companies get an invoice, private customers a receipt from the car or by email.
