Belgrade to Timișoara transfer

The route
From Belgrade via Pančevo and Vršac to the Vatin border, then through Romania to Timișoara. About 170 km, two and a half hours including the border. Traian Vuia Airport is on the eastern edge of the city, so you reach it before the centre.
Most often we drive people to early morning flights, leaving Belgrade at three or four in the morning. The driver is outside your door at the time you say; you sleep in the car. On the way back he waits at the exit with a name sign, tracks the flight and doesn't charge for delays.

Passport, and the children's documents. Romania has been fully in Schengen since 2025, so Schengen rules apply. The Vatin border is usually quick, but before holidays and in summer we leave earlier.

- We also pick up in Novi Sad, Pančevo, Zrenjanin and Vršac. From Vršac it's an hour to the airport.
